Today at work i started looking for jobs decided to apply for an entry level position in IT Finance.... I got a positive response so see how it goes...

I'm actually looking for new jobs asap cos I've got a show down with my director on Fri where we talk about my position... I've demanded more money ... well anyway we'll see how it goes :p

My aim is not to leave my current job before the merger.... As 2 IT departments combined prob means uncertainty.

Managed to get Mario Party 8 today... its been out of stock everywhere... not had a chance to play it yet, but i've heard its really good....

Also met up with Mariyam today... she's back from Doha for a few days.... quite nice seeing an old face again... .

so it was the bank holiday weekend.... looking at the weather it was going to be quite good... hard to imagine as 4 days earlier it was cold and raining... it was actually warm this weekend so quite a bonus for the bank holiday.




Anyway on Sat I went to have dinner with Michael and Norval.... not seen them for almost 2 years... went Pizza express... quite nice catching up on the old times...

Went to All Bar one... was meant to be a quiet drink but ended up as a wine drinking session... the other group of people (mostly australian) who were sitting at the same table started talking to us and it turned into a dicussion about what wine tasted better... and we all started sharing wines... at the end of it I was really pissed... I was throwing up along the way home... I'm never gonna drink like that again...

Even though i was quite pissed i managed to get my cam out to film you some handy advice.

Even with no money... (after paying back £500 to the banks) I felt really upset... so i decided to get my credit card out and purchased a 32 inch TV.

For £280 it was a bargin... the picture quality is comparable to a mid range TV ... contrast ratio of 1200 : 1 and HD ready it was value for money... dixon are selling a simular spec tv for £499.

I decided on getting this TV cos of the review on dabs.com as many people were mentioning that the quality of this tv was amazing... and it is... the budget ones at curry's which sell for £400 are crap... this one selling for £280 was alot better in spec and quality.

I had one of those shitty days today... Morning... was busy trying to keep one of the systems running smoothing as it kept falling over... if only people knew the fact that an idiot was looking after a systems which takes 1000's bookings a day from all of west london.

after that I had time to check my emails in the office. While going to the toilet i broke my zipper! I was so embarssed.... what made it worst I had a meeting in 1.5 hours time.... so i rushed home to changed my trousers.

So in the afternoon I headed to N*HS London IT office where there was a meeting. This is where i realised why the hell am i doing this job. Most of the people there are Career NHS people, I've never seen a career here so it was so wierd seeing people so passionate about there jobs... they spent 1 hours debating how many buttons should be on an interface...

Don't be a cock! if your plane is about to burst into flames... leave everything behind and exit as fast as you can. Deciding to collect your belonging before leaving the plane is suicide!

As you know my last blog I was doing the flooring... thought id share some tips with you all .....

In order to get decents results... always make sure the boards are 10mm or more thick as the thinner boards will creek... and boards that are certified for commercial use are better as they will last longer and feel more solid.

So what have I been doing? Well Fri... I met up with Jessi had dinner and took some pics...


Sat. To end my 1 week of leave i decided to go clubbing... Thanks for Gemma for sorting out a ticket for me.

I was trying to get Jessi and Melvin to come as well .... but they had there reasons... Melvin being CBA!

The event was at the Alibi Bar just of Chancery Lane a very upmarket bar... problem was that the night was really popular and the place was packed. It was the first time since the smoking ban came into effect that i have been clubbing and i must say it's nice not to smell cig smoke... but now you can smell BO lol....

The crowd there was good... alot older compared to other events i've been to.... I really think i'm getting old now cos by 2am i was feeling really tired.

So anyway I went clubbing with Gemma, Anna, Joe, Alan, Pich... Thanh was also there as well with his group of girls! I don't know how you do it! Met a few other old faces there i guess it's good to know people still go out and stuff.

Not much is happening with me at the moment... don't have money to go out... just paid £600 i owed the bank the other week... so kinda feeling down and broke...

I've been thinking recently and i've decided what i hate the most is people who speak to you when they want something and at all other time they never speak to you... it's like being used.

So what have I been upto recently... well this week i have been on annual leave from work so I offered to help my parents re do the front room... took two days to lay the new flooring...



On Wed managed to get myself some preview tickets to watch the Bourne Ultimatum... all i can say.... It's a must watch film! I've been a fan of the bourne series and this one is the best yet...

The other day I was down Hammersmith to do a bit of shopping to my surprised 2 of the banks seemed to have been fire bombed.... one was totally wrecked but the otherone all you could is a is smoke marks near the letter book... maybe its a person with a grudge with the banks?



As some of you know I have a Glock 26 Airsoft pistol... i've always wanted to go and play airsoft and know i've found one closed to me... the place is a pait ball place but on tuesdays they use airsoft guns ( which are replica guns that fire pellets).... not to sure if i will fit in though cos they all seem to wear proper commando gear.. anyway Jack Bauer here i come....

Sorry for the lack of updates just been very busy recently with work... hardly in the office these days... thats one of the reasons i wanna leave this job...

Anyway where do i start.....

Well as mentioned before... I went to watch The Simpsons movie with Gemma, Anna, Thanh and my sister Jane, friday met up with Jessi in Kingston for a drink ... not seen her for ages was nice catching up on things. Sat met up with Eva for the first time in a while.... was nice meeting her...

Tonight i met up with my old work mates from INPS... I actually really had a good time meeting up with them ... sometimes i wished i still worked there...





If you like smoothies i've found the best place ever to grab one.... its in Victoria station .... the taste of the smoothie is soooo good... i had 2!



Watched Heroes all 23 epidsodes in 3 days... it was so gripping and so good... what a brilliant show!
