How Ironic that the word Thai (ไทย) means "freedom" in the Thai language.
The Media/Internet is still being filtered, Protesting is banned, No elected Government.

I try to stay out of polictics most of the time but alot of thai's in the country really don't agree on the Military marching in like this. Voting is the key, if you don't like someone you just vote for them out of office...
Congratulations to Rahul and Kavita! Who gave birth to a healthy Girl the other day.... I heard Rahul is already showing the baby how to use Foxpro!
This is a tunnel in Battersea that i have to walk past every morning to get to work. By the end of the month theres is loads of graffiti and every month the council pays for the place to get painted again.... then they do it again... the endless cycle of the Battesea Ecosystem.
Today I recieved some good news... I am hoping i can share it all soon but this has made me really happy...

I will post another blog tonight telling you what happened at my Bday dinner etc....
Firstly WTF is going on in Thailand! I am totally Against this type of military action. The Military should not be used in this way! Otherwise whats the point of a government at the end of the day the Army rules the country cos if they don't like something will this happen again?
My Family in Thailand are reporting that nothing much is happening at the moment some didn't even know it was happening. This is due to the TV, Radio being taken off air. peeps on Pantip.com (popular thai forum) are reporting that bbc.co.uk and cnn.com have be banned as well.
One of my family friends who works for UBC (same as sky in the UK) says the army has invaded the UBC station. They came to block all overseas channels.

Tonight went jogging with Thanh, Dennis and Melvin... it was ok.... i think i did an ok time.
After that Chi was stressed at work so Myself and Thanh decided to join her for Dinner. Intially we were gonna go to Belgos but it was packed so we decided to go Hamburger Union ....
I really hoped we cheered Chi up. Chi keep a cool head dude!
Later on Yen made a guest appearance and we all headed to CrepesAffaire in Soho.
Chain Texts annoys me so much and i can't understand why people would want to fwd them!
take a look at this, someone sent to me this evening. "These are money bees" no there not they're Triangles! "pass them to 6 good people" WTF why would anyone waste money on fwd these texts... oh wait someone just did!
"Be rich is 4 days" so do i get a refund if this doesn't happen?
I know, maybe i'll text my mate back in 4 days and ask if they are now filthy rich! and if not pass the text on to 6 good people telling them how stupid you were to believe the original text!
It's almost my Car's birthday.... planning a big bday party for it! I actually haven't driven it much only did 6500 miles so far ..... manged to scratch the alloys, the bumper.... had a few nears misses but still going.
My plan is now to sell off the car in 2-3 years time and prob get a BMW 3 series or a Golf GTI
I wanna talk about jogging... I think everyone should jog esp if you sit around all day at work! It keeps you fit and de-stresses you. I have almost gotten rid of my belly which i have developed in the last year so i am really happy about myself. It's so wonderful jogging when theres nice scenery as well.
My fave place to jog (cos i like the scenery) Hyde Park, London, UK Pattaya Beach, Pattaya, Thailand (Early Morning) Putamonton Park, Putamonton, Thailand
Tonight I had a quiet night in watched Beautiful Life (Jdrama) with my tub of my Haagen daz (which my sister had brought)
Tonight Youtube is an extract from Densha Otoko 電車男, Densha Otoko (which literally means Train Man) One of my fav JDrama of this year! This clip is from the movie of the same name... which i watched on the plane when i went to tokyo over xmas 2005.
It's such a magical love story based on a "true" love story which happend in 2004.
Recently I have been suffering from writers block so i haven't blogged anything. Sorry about that it happens to the best of us!
So what have i been doing?
Fri I had the day off work so i slept for most of the day.... quite nice not needing to ge tup on a work day. Got out of bed at about 4pm got ready to go out.
I went to eat at the Hungry Horse (famous for the 17 inch plates they serve your food in... cos the portions are massive)
They also serve what they call "The world smallest dessert!" which is basically a dollop of choc moose (it cost 59p)
[my meal Stilton Cheese on a sirloin steak]
Saturday Morning I decided to join Melvin on the Nike Training one.... I made it in 17min, well happy with myself.... Regents Park is much more easy than Battersea. (Just mapped my run and the route was changed and it was only a 3KM run)
Saturday Evening I took Thanh to my secret hiding place in Central (Thanh has promised he will not tell anyone where this place is)
The bar is one of the most relaxing places to chill and to get away from things.. (recently i've been a bit down). The bar itself has a Qing dynasty temple bells and new works by Vietnamese painters An Quan and Bich Nguyet.
Had a few Drinks Started with Alcohol then soft drinks then it was teas. Quite nice.
Tonights Youtube is somewhat scary. The company are implementing a new team building therapy where we have to dance in the morning. Chris and Jonny Attempting it the other day. I don't think it will catch on.
Today I woke up at 8 didn't know what to do so i thought i'd take a drive to mcDonalds for a Breakfast.... Very unhealthy but it did the job!
This morning i did my weekly 6km jog around Hyde Park... i stopped half way cos i was getting cramp. Anyway... The rest of the entry is a video blog... so click play below.
Tonight went to watch Crank. This film recieved ok reviews but i though it was actually quite a good movie. The camera work was amazing in the first half of the movie but the style seem to change half way through.
Story line is a bit flaky but you forget that when you see the intense action and the added humour.
Went to Harrods the other day wanted to buy a few Krispy Kremes to eat as a snack. For some reason i had a blonde moment cos when i ordered some i ask for a dozen thinking i would get six!!!!! but obviously a dozen is 12!
Chi was cracking up! i was actually embarassed on how stupid i was!
Today I spoke to Miss Kelly Garrett.... known this person for 8 years now she was the one who got me hooked on the internet and ICQ.... it was nice catching up on things...
Today i wanna give a big shout out to Dennis who celebrated his b-day Monday!!! Happy Birthday!
Tonights youtube are two of the most funniest vids i have seen for a while
Had quite shock during the week... Jessi called me from Austria glad she's ok... she's finished her intership now...
Sat morning, I met up with Thach, Monica, Son and Jen for Dim Sum and to say good bye to Jen who is leaving for China for 6 months to study.
Cos of the demonstration happening in central london i was stuck in traffic for ages! infact it took me more than an hour to get into central! we finally got there and ate.
it was soooo funny because everyone on the table were all bloggers you can tell what happened next. The moment the food came everyone started taking pictures... The girls got embarassed a little... but Son and Thach were at full force. It was very funny though.
After that we went shopping in Harrods... well actually Harrods is such a tourist trap where everyone doe smore browsing then buying and we were the same...
quite nice though.
My Birthday present are already rolling.
Friday night Zippy brought me a lovely weekend bag!... Cheers for that!!! Very nice and Very me!
It was sooo amazing! I'm a real big fan of alternative Theatre shows and this comes top. I would recommend this to anyone. The show was so funny and very clever! Alot of crowd participation and alot of paper is used.... (as in you almost drown in a sea of paper!).
Blue man Preview. (Not in actual show so doesn't spoil anything)
Just finished watching the "100 Greatest RnB grooves" Killing me softly one of my fave tunes was at no.4 and No1 was i'll be missing you by Puff daddy. I actually enjoyed watching it... it was a nice de-stresser for a sunday afternoon.
Did the weekly jog with Dennis, Thanh, Gemma and Anna it was ok... i see myself getting better.
- Minh didn't come cos he had an injury. - Anisha Hungover so didn't come! - Seb Hungover as well.... - Axe AWOL
Party animals!!!
Anyway i had such a wicked weekend this week.... left me so happy and mellowed out...
I'm so glad i could rest today i've been going out so much recently that my body hasn't had time to rest... next week i plan to stay in all weekend to rest.
The whole month i've booked a day off every Friday cos i have too many holidays left. So how did i spend my day?
I woke up a 1pm it was sooo nice doing that!
In the evening i went to meet Zipporah (my ex) for Dinner, it was nice to see her again. We went to eat in Thai Soho which is part of the Thai Square chain of Thai Restaurant. After that i walked her to the station then i walked to the next venue which was in Mayfair. Mariyam's leaving dinner.... Met up with Bode, Dennis and Aaron before going in..... once in we saw Mariyam, Thanh and Anisha. After everyone finished eating the dancing started... ( it was a club as well) Shocked and surprised Millan made a special guest appearance. Wow never thought her would come :p
I was meant to go to Justin Timberlake Launch party tonight but never realised the time so we ended up not going... felt really bad as Yen had spent many hours organising it. Sorry Yen.
Instead of doing that Myself, Thanh, Yen, Chi, Bode and Dennis decided to drive to the world famous TinsleTown to have some food at 1am It was all good and this is were the story ends tonight.
I actually had a really nice night.... it was nice meeting my work mate outside of work... Great people, Great Night.
A person who will remain nameless (cos she's is a real blog addict) messaged me with the following.
My Bro askes you to update your blog more often, he reads it in shanghai
What you really mean is that you read it often :p lol Well anyway Hello to the bro who is in shanghai and Hello Anisha! lol
[Picture msg from Anisha]
Work is not the same seeing everyone one leave around you.... it's like working in retail ... people come and go... but i never thought it would happen in proper jobs as well.
So anyway MYself, Melvin, Dennis and Thanh ran the official 5K ... didn't do to well did it in 37min.... not to happy cos i have lost my running chip! (the one i'm holding in the picutre)
Tonight i went to eat at okawari it was an ok meal...... they gave us our drinks for free.... how nice of them!
Thursday evening i went to have dinner with new blogger Thach at Okawari China Town. It was nice meal and chat!
[Driving Home.]
Sorry for the shitty post.Just haven't done mch over the past few days :(
Last night I went to Get Flirty @ Inter:Mission down Marylebone with Thanh, Chi, Yen and Robert. It was a guestlist only event so cheers to Yen for sorting that out!
So how was the night? Well firstly when i got in i really wanted to go home as the club was actually a Student union bar by day and club by night, it was sooo small and the the sound system was crap... you could hardly hear the music (cosidering they had Bose speakers everywhere you'd expect some decent sound)
The plus side this was a no smoking event which was soooo cool!!! it meant fresh air for me!!!!
The drinks were so cheap! if you managed to get to the bar.... the bar was sooo packed... it took a very long time to even see the bar...
Quite surprised to see such an A-list of people there, Saw Melvin, Jez, Zander, Waidat, Kimberly, Kit, Charlotte and John and even Eva there!!!!
Anyway as the night went on it got better, i was actually starting to have a good time except the dance floor was super hot.... there was no air con and we ended up sweating more than i do when i jog!
It wasn't a bad night in the end but i've had better.
My Dear Friend Jen is leaving for China for 6 Months! i was meant to meet her today but i am sooo tired i can hardly drive. Been trying to meet her for many weeks now but on the weekends she is in Northampton.
I feel quite bad cos tonight is the only night she is free! :(
I had a nice weekend break somewhere away from trouble.
This Afternoon i Went to OC to get my hair cut bumped into Charles! Ain't seen him since Tokyo!!! nice to see him again.... still job jumping and making a mint doing it!
So anyway went to get a hair cut at MODA.... normal i hardly speak to the stylist doing my hair but today the conversation was on fire.... The Stylist was jap so i was telling him about my time in Tokyo where he was froma nd he was telling me about thailand.... then it went on to what music i listen to... to what i do for a living... once my hair was finished we were best of friends...
The haircut took twice as long but looks amazing! gonna go there from now on!
Tonight going with Thanh, Yen and Chi to Get Flirty down Marylebone hopefully that will be cool....
Yesterday afternoon i was looking for a present for gemma b-day as always i found it really hard to find the perfect present... so i enlisted the help of Yen and Chi but with the last minute rush they helped the best they could.
Anyway Thursday Night was one of the most anticipated events of the month! It was Gemma B-day party. The Venue was Thai Sq next to Trafalgar Sq where she had hired out the whole club.
The night started really slow everyone turning up fashionably late. It was all good though by the end of the night the party was kicking!
It was meant to be fancy dress and the theme was Space, a few made the effort, i came as an undercover MIB officer.
It was good to see everyone again. Seems like these are the time when everyone can get together etc.
