had a 2 days working week this week and now i'm off till monday how nice!
I hope to use my time wisely.
Today i felt really ill ... i think i'm catching a cold or something.
I forgot to mention the other day my work mates were racing down the tiny country lanes of a certain village. it all started cos i was leading the way out of the village and they thought i was driving slow. so they started overtaking me... then it became a race! Later on they told me i drive to slow. It kinda upsetted me cos i thought i actually drove quite fast :crying: so i asked my other mate if i drove fast and my friend said "no you drive like a granddad!" shock horror!
So tomorrow i'm going to learn to drive faster!
LOOK it i thought i did the 5k run in 40 but i actually did it in a more respectable 35min!!!! well happy now!!!!!
Post Bank Holiday Blues... Came into to work tired from the long Bank Holiday.
After work i did my First Nike Training Run. 5K in Battersea Park. Dennis "the Rocket" Mensa came first by far and i came last in my group with a best time of 40min. It shows i have a long way to go.....
I'm feeling a little ill now so i will be sleeping early.

I'm so exhausted... going out each night is making me really tired... i think i'm about to die!
Today i went to the Notting Hil Carnival. I don't think i ever remember not going to one as i live in the area you can't miss it.
It was quite nice..... but seemed very down beat compared to previous years. The Carnival isn't the best palce to meet you mates... i swear every year i try to meet Charles up at the carnival and we never get to meet up as we can't find each other.
After we were hungry so Thanh drove us to Chiswick to have Nando's yum yum!
It has totally drained me... I'm really need to rest...
Today I went to a friend's Engagement Party, it was taking place in the nice Village of Cliffe in Kent. Took me 1.5 hours to get there... had to take a nap along the way as i was tired from the day before.
The Village is really nice.
This is my first time I went to an Indian Engagement, culturally it's very different to what i've been to. This made it very interesting. I really enjoyed the experience and the food that was served.
I haven't done a tonights YouTube for ages... so tonights youtube is Borat the movie Trailer... looks quite funny.
Today started with Dim Sum at London HK. Yummy Yummy Yummy!
Then it was of home for a nap then in the evening met up with a friend, Decided to have Korean
After the meal went to Watch John Tucker Must Die (2006) It was a really good Teen movie.... The story line is great... i wasn't really feeling the movie when i was reading what it was about but when i watched it it was great! it didn't have a cheap storyline. Full of twist and humour! 5 out of 5!
After that went to the late night session of the Comedy Store... it was really good i've never laughed so much for ages! if your stressed at work etc i totally recommend The Comedy Store (Side of TGI's Picadilly Circus). I've never laughed so much at politically incorrect things... but it was just funny... The yanks in the audience were getting picked on alot...

I decided to have a long weekend by deciding to book friday off. So what did i do on Fri???? absolutley nothing... i just was sooo lazy!!!! actually that's not true i did a few things.... firstly i was working on my site.... i'm trying to write code which can automactically post my blogs onto Xanga, Livejournal and blogger but in the processed i messed up the code and for a time the site ran really slow! I have found out the reason why my site is so slow generally as well now!!!! The blog is store as a Flat file and the flat file is 1.5mb at the moment... working out a way to speed things up......
Anyway enough of my geekness... Today I was planning to go to swindon but couldn't be bothered again! So anyway in the Afternoon i met up with a friend briefly cos she has been blackmailing me so i had to give her some hush money (well lollypops). In exchange she gave me a Banana???? It was a nice firm one as well.
[A wasp was stalking her and as she was being attacked i watched and took pictures... sorry dude i did try to save you.... next time don't wear the same outfit as the wasp :tongue:]

Later on in the Evening I went ro Anisha Leaving drink up.... It was a good turn out quite nice socialising and talking to my work mates for once.... only time we normally talk, it's a about work so you don't get to know them....
The management put a tab at the bar so drinks were free flowing... I think i drank too much cos i started feeling ill....
But i will def miss Anisha but i guess you have to move on if you wanna persue a career.

Last night i decided to have a quiet DVD night in... I decided to watch Hitch. Dam I wish it was that easy in real life :tongue:
This morning i was driving to work... was running a bit late so i decided to make up the time by driving a little faster than normal.... Just my luck I went past a house being guarded by police. The police officer flagged me down and told me off, lucky i didn't get a fine... That will teach me a lesson.
Tonight i met up with my mate in central London. We want to check out Paul Frank's Fall 2006 collection but when we got there the shop was closed :(
Later we went to eat at MayFlower it was alright... sadly no pics of the food as i couldn't be bothered :tongue:
Adrian was singing Kaiser Chiefs Today and i gave him a confused look, then Adrian says " Kaiser Chiefs, obviously you wouldn't know as you only listen to M-flo" I find that so funny and strange as i never talk to him about stuff like that, but he knows it from the info on my blog that i like to listen to M-flo... is this the future of finding out details on a person by reading peeps blogs??? if it is you saw it here first!
Also one of my mates said the dumbest thing to me today... "I found my Passport today, I found it in my files... it was filed under travel documents." eeeerrrr duh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where else would it be! some people hey!

Prob the most strangest back to work interview i have ever had... it consisted of my manager hungging me while signing my sick form. nice way to welcome you back i guess :p
On the way home today i felt like a moody eurpean driver... i just kept using my horn... i was beeping at everything ... everything just seemd to annoy me... very out of character.
Recently i've been thinking that i have developed a speech problem... i seem to stutter so often now and find it hard to put a sentence together... maybe i'm turning into a FOB.
Day one of my recovery i decided to take it easy.... in the After noon i went to Brent Cross to do a bit of shopping also had to take my friend to the haberdashery section of John Lewis. I don't understand why in this cosumer led society that habersashery can still make money....
Quite funny as i was driving in to car park i spotted a brand new VW Polo GTI yup all £15K of it!!!!! I went crazy it looked soooo nice... i really want one now... well anyway i followed it round the car park till it parked up.... it was a moment of crazinest the driver must have thought i was a stalker.
In the evening I thought i'd eat something i knew would upset my stomach so I went to eat at Frere Jacques down the Kingston River side. The food was really good thought he portions were quite small ... but it was soooo tasty... the banoffee pie was the best i've tasted for a while....
I really love Frere Jacques eating along the river side makes you so relaxed...

Today we did our weekly jog... it was really bad as only one person from the south team turned up .... that's dedication for ya!
After jogging Minh started dressing in the middle of the street down to his boxers!!!!! and Gemma started changing sitting in her boot... this was on a main road! Madness!!!!!
After we went to have dim sum at Kam Tong Queensway. We haven't all sat around the table for ages! it was quite nice ..... just like the old days. I had a nice time you guys!

the other night I went Tinsletown (at 2am) after bowling with Thanh, Yen and Chi... we were either all not hungry or the food was nasty... what put me off my sausage looked like a penis! No one even touched there food, Chi was quite wierd and started taking her BLT apart putting all the bread together, bacon together etc. Yen tried to do it to her potatoe wedges but didn't seems to look right.
My sis has shocked my whole family and is actually going to uni! My sis isn't the brightest person in the world but she worked hard and got the A-level grades she needed to go uni.... so congrats sis.... now you can bug dad for a new laptop!!!
Recently i've been of work ill.... i really don't know what i've eaten to caused my bowel problem... could it be the large amount of milk i drank on wed? the shashimi (raw fish) or the Crepes...
hmmmmmm perhaps i will put a vote... you lot are all gonna say it was the raw fish but i think that was ok...
pass day i've been farting like mad like theres something laying dormant inside of me which will explode at anytime...
sometimes i think why do i bother..... when did life started getting this complex... All i want is a girl i am able to talk to and perhaps have form of intelligence.
It's sometimes upsetting to even think about it....
oh well.... it sometimes bothers me but most times i try to forget about it and think positivley.
Yesterday went hyde park for another jog around the park... ended up running 3K without stopping.... just need to work on doing another 7 without stopping... :( Dinner had Sashimi yummy yummy Tonight a friend took me for a night snack to one of the most famous crepe stalls in London.... Yes its' the one on Hampstead High Street (all times there will always be a Q for it).... I order a crepe with butter, sugar, orange and some alcholic substance which smelt really strong... it was just too much for me... smelling the crepe all you could smell was strong alchohol i think the woman over did it... so i ended up throwing it away....
EDIT: Since writing this i have had issues with my bowels (don't wanna go into the nasty details but i feel ill)

Yes it's embarassing I was in 1st Violin in my school orchestra for many years... wasn't really good though... the things your parents make you do hey!
Problem with working in Battersea theres not many places you can go and eat beside Cafes after Cafes... As you can see from the picture this is helping my training alot.
I'm sitting here at computer at 1am when i should be asleep.... i hate it when i cna't sleep :(

The Nike run has gotten better with a full South Team coming together... coming on board is Axe, Anisha and Seb. Along with Thanh they make up the south team... they way it's gonna work the winner will be the team with the best final time average!

We going to represent the North Team (as in North of the river NOT North London) The healthest out of the lot is prob Melvin. I'm normally a fast sprinter not a long distance runner personally so gonna start my training this week.
Anna and Gemma used to do sports not sure now... let see how well they cope.... It's gonna be hard work for all.... 10K isn't easy!!!!!
So who are our Rivals? Well Thanh is heading up the South Team with his other mates don't know who they are... so it's gonna be a battle to the end i think!
So Saturday, waking up still high on red bull from the night before. I decided to do the £10 Challenge at Primark Hammersmith.... So what's the £10 Challenge? It's when you go into a store and Buy the as many cool items as you can with £10.... for people who don't know what Primark is, it's a discount clothes stores... where men's shirts cost £3 and T-shirts cost £2.
So anyway I was expecting to come away with some cool fahsionable stuff but in the end there was nothing i liked..... don't get me wrong the clothes are nice in there but just not my style.... Next week gonna Try the £10 Challenge in another store...
After coming away with nothing... My Mate and I went into Central and ate at Hi Sushi.... food was ok.... not the best i've had.... after that we went to a bar at Park Royals Leisure complex... it was great.
At night i spoke to a mate what she told me pissed me off quite a bit... I hate seeing one of my good friend being spoken to like that... If i was my mate i would never speak to him again. Come back to me anyday!

Anyway onto my Weekend Blog.
Friday evening i had dinner with Minh... havn't seen the him since my b-day .... almost a year... glad he's still good and all... We went to have Korean at a place called Koba down Rathbone Place... Very Lovely!!!
Afterwards I joined Yen B-Day Celebrations at NYT in Central London. On the whole quite a good night no to sure of the them of the place though.... wasn't to keen on the bashment music.
That night i drank 3 cans of red bull... could hardly sleep when i got back home... and this morning i kept moving for no apparent reason...
I really hate being unhappy.... it's depressing.....
Morale at the work place is really low... low to a point that i have never seen it like this before... It's a shame cos I do like my job. Its not everyones cup of tea but working under pressure is very rewarding i think.
Atleast I have friends that I can actually rely on. I was quite low on MSN so we thought why not drown our sorrows by going Monday Night Drinking!

I was so out of it by the end of the night, Thank to Mariyam for dropping me home. I truely respect her as she gave me some good advice last week which has opened my eyes....
When I got Athena wanted to see me drunk.... she coudn't stop laughing on the webcam!!! actually that an amazing thing i can do.... no matter how tipsy or drunk i am i can still managed to log onto msn!
Spoke to Jessi on MSN this morning another face i haven't seen in ages!!!! She's currently working in Austria at Oracle!!!! Good for her!!! I Miss chatting to her.
After work i decided to meet up with a friend to watch Cars in Eailing West London... while waiting for the movie i was sooo tired i actually fell asleep... but once it started i was ok and awake again. It's a really good disney move... full of fun and laughter
the mini movie at the beginning was quite good as well... the best part must have been the toy stoy, monsters inc spoofs :tongue:
